Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through PayHere, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store or process your credit/debit card details on our servers.
By completing a transaction, you authorize PayHere to process your payment in accordance with their terms and policies.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we deliver only within Sri Lanka. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. User Accounts
Customers may choose to check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

RETURN POLICY
At Airmen Flight Gear, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayHere
Processing time may take 7–14 working days
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost
For all other approved returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
